A heartfelt thank you to the Rural Health Unit (RHU) Aleosan for facilitating our YAKAP Membership Orientation and Accomplishment of Forms at Palacat Elementary School. We truly appreciate your time, effort, and dedication in guiding our parents through the step-by-step process of accomplishing the YAKAP Membership Form and in clearly explaining the benefits and importance of the YAKAP Program for our learners and their families.

Our sincerest appreciation also goes to our dear parents for your active participation, cooperation, and willingness to learn throughout the orientation. Your presence and support show your commitment to ensuring the health and well-being of your children.

Isa ka espesyal nga pagpasalamat sa aton PTA Board President, Reynaldo A. Rosa Sr., sa aton Board of Directors (BOD), sa aton mga masaligan nga ginikanan, stakeholders, volunteers, kag sa tanan nga naghatag sang ila oras, kusog, kag dedikasyon. Ang inyo suporta isa ka pamatuod nga ang pag-atipan kag pagpauswag sang aton eskwelahan responsibilidad sang bug-os nga komunidad.

Ini nga kalampusan indi gid mahimo kung wala ang maayo nga pagpanguna, vision, kag padayon nga pagdasig sang aton School Head, Sir Romeo M. Balaredo, Jr. Ang iya leadership ang naghatag sang inspirasyon sa aton tanan nga magtinabangay para sa kaayuhan sang aton mga learners.

I truly believe nga kung may pagtinabangay, may pagkakaisa, kag may isa ka tumong, mas madali naton maabot ang aton mga pangandoy para sa aton eskwelahan. Ang kada oras nga ginhalad, kada pagpanglimpyo, kag kada bulig nga inyo ginhatag may dako nga kontribusyon sa paghimo sang mas limpyo, mas luwas, kag mas maayo nga learning environment para sa aton mga kabataan.

With grateful hearts, We extend our sincere appreciation to our District Nurse, Ma'am Maria Christina Y. Cabaya, for her invaluable support in making our Deworming Activity a success. We also sincerely appreciate her visit and observation of our School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) Room, as well as the proper handwashing and toothbrushing activities. Your dedication to promoting the health and well-being of our learners is truly appreciated.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our School Head, Sir Romeo M. Balaredo Jr., and SBFP Coordinator, Sir Jusfer T. Delfin for their outstanding leadership and for ensuring the success of this meaningful activity. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the teaching force of Palacat Elementary School for your teamwork, cooperation, and dedication, which greatly contributed to the success of this event.

Today marks the completion and readiness of our SBFP (School-Based Feeding Program) at Palacat Elementary School.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our valued stakeholders: our parents, headed by Leah Alocada; our carpenters, headed by Kagawad Eroy; our Barangay Captain, Hon. Bernard Mangod, and the Barangay Officials; the Board of Directors (BOD); the PTA officers headed by Reynaldo Rosa Sr.; our teachers; our watchman; our SBFP Coordinator Sir Jusfer T. Delfin and especially our School Head, Sir Romeo.

We truly appreciate your hard work, generosity, and unwavering dedication in helping us achieve this wonderful milestone. We firmly believe that when everyone works together and supports one another, we can accomplish great things and create better outcomes for our learners and our school.
