The DILG MIMAROPA, through its the Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), conducted the Batch 2 Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) Capacity Development Training in Odiongan, Romblon on July 15, 2026 to strengthen the project monitoring and evaluation competencies of LPMC members and local functionaries from MIMAROPA LGUs. In particular, the following topics were discussed:

The activity was attended by representatives from the PLGU of Romblon and the municipalities of Romblon, San Agustin, San Andres, San Fernando, San Jose, Santa Fe, Santa Maria, Alcantara, Banton, Cajidiocan, Calatrava, Concepcion, Corcuera, Ferrol, Magdiwang, Odiongan. PDMU Chief/LGOO V Analyn M. Bucayu thanked the participants for their active involvement and encouraged them to apply the knowledge gained to further strengthen local project monitoring in their respective LGUs.
