Bago ang kulay, may puso na. Before the patterns, the paint, and the grand unveiling, this electric bus was already carrying something invisible: a promise to the Cordillera.

It was a promise that as we move toward the future, we will never leave our identity behind. That the geometric legacy of the Ibaloi and Kankanaey, and the bold heritage of Kalinga and Bontoc, would move through the streets where they have always belonged.

Isa ini ka dako nga tikang padulong sa mas limpyo, mas hilum, kag mas moderno nga public transportation para sa aton komunidad. Sa pag gamit sang electric bus, mabuhin ang air pollution, fuel expenses, kag maintenance costs—gani mas dako ang potential income kag savings sang cooperative. 💸🌱

Painting hope on every road. 🎨✨

A meaningful milestone was reached last April 15, 2026, as we officially introduced the first Creative Electric Bus and its Moving Gallery to the streets of Baguio. This initiative, Cordillera in Motion, brings our indigenous heritage off the museum walls and into the daily lives of our community.

Sa bawat kulay, may kwento. Painted with traditional Cordilleran designs, this zero-emission bus serves as a living monument for the region. Inside, it transforms into a gallery featuring the incredible artworks and voices of students from Autism Hearts Philippines – Baguio, our local artist from 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 Capital Bridge, proving that art and innovation are the perfect combination.

This is just the beginning of our journey toward a more sustainable and culturally vibrant city.

The first day of 2 FREE Electric Shuttle Rides is underway, with Mayor Carlo Concepcion even driving the opening trip serving routes from Balaoan ⇄ San Fernando City and Bacnotan.

A meaningful step toward cleaner, more accessible public transport. 🌱

Posible nga magadeploy sang salakyan ang Iloilo City Government para sa “Libre Sakay”.

Kabahin ini sang sabat sang syudad sa epekto sa publiko sang padayun nga pagtaas sang gatong.

Suno kay Engr. Neil Ravena, GSO Head kag Executive Director sang Crisis Management Council kon manaog sa 40% ang numero sang public transport nga nagabyahe, mapilitan ang syudad nga magpatuman sang libre sakay.

Sini nga semana ginabanta nga ara na sa 60% ang nagabyahe nga public transport.

Ini sa katuyuan nga maganyat ang publiko nga magbisita sa syudad nga magabuhi sa negosyo.

Sa karon ginapatipon na sa Traffic and Transportation Management Office (TTMO) ang actual nga data sang nagabyahe mga pampubliko nga salakyan agud makuha ang matuod nga sitwasyon sa dalan.

Paathag ni Ravena nga indi pagtugutan sang syudad nga maapektuhan ang magagmay nga negosyo bangud nga wala sang tawo nga nagakadto sa syudad dala sang kakulang sang salakyan.

Una na nga ginsiling sang Western Visayas Transport Cooperative mga nagbuhin sila sang unit nga nagabyahe sa tanan nga rota agud mabuhinan ang ila losses.

Kaangay man sini ang ginhimo sang iban pa nga transport cooperative.

Samtang ginklaro ni Ravena nga indi ini kumpetisyon sa nagabyahe nga mga bus kondi sabat sa demand sang pasahero.

Kon madayun ang libre sakay may tatlo ini ka rota nga amo ang Arevalo-City Proper; Ungka-City Proper via Diversion Road kag Jaro Plaza City Proper.
