165 TITLES AWARDED, 165 DREAMS MADE MORE REAL!

A day of hope, gratitude, and new beginnings unfolded in the City of Taguig as the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development – National Capital Region (DHSUD-NCR), through Assistant Regional Director Jose Antonio A. Lopez, joined the Lands Anniversary Celebration and “Handog Titulo” Program held on 17 September 2026 at the Convention Center, New Taguig City Hall, Barangay Ususan, Taguig City.

165 beneficiaries were awarded their titles—a milestone that represents more than just a piece of paper. For every beneficiary, a title means security, dignity, stability, and the assurance that they have a place they can truly call their own.

The “Handog Titulo” Program is a meaningful testament to what can be achieved when government agencies and local communities work together to make land titling services more accessible and efficient. Through the partnership and endless effort of the local and national agencies, qualified Taguigeños were given the opportunity to move closer to the dream of secure land ownership.

We continue to support programs that promote a better, safer, and more dignified life for every Filipino family.
