Voting runs from September 18 to September 25 ONLY.

Maraming salamat sa Quezon City University, Atty. Beatriz Camille C. Jusayan (our lecturer today) at kay QC Mayor Joy Belmonte sa pagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa aming mga Barangay Officials na mapalawak ang aming kaalaman sa Evidence-Based Policy and Decision Making at Public Finance.

Ang bawat aral na aming natutunan ay magsisilbing gabay sa mas mahusay, tapat, at makabuluhang serbisyo para sa ating komunidad. 🇵🇭

🚲 30th Birthday. 30 Super Mountain Bikes.

Sa paglipas ng mga taon, marami akong nakilalang estudyanteng naglalakad nang malayo para lamang makapasok sa paaralan. Marami rin akong nakilalang manggagawang bumabangon nang madaling-araw at nagsisikap araw-araw para maitaguyod ang kanilang pamilya lumalaban ng tapat at patas.

Alam kong hindi kayang baguhin ng isang bisikleta ang buong buhay ng isang tao. Ngunit para sa ilan, maaari itong maging daan upang mas mapalapit ang pangarap, mas mapagaan ang biyahe, at mas dumami ang pagkakataong umasenso.

Kaya bilang bahagi ng aking Birthday Month Activities, mamimigay tayo ng 30 Super Mountain Bikes para sa mga karapat-dapat na estudyante at manggagawa ng Distrito Kwatro.

Hindi ito raffle. Hindi rin ito paramihan ng kakilala.

Sa inyong Personal (Cover) Letter, ikuwento ninyo sa akin ang inyong buhay. Sabihin ninyo kung bakit kayo ang nararapat na mapili at kung paano makatutulong sa inyo ang isang bisikleta. Walang tamang o maling sagot—ang hinihingi ko lamang ay katapatan.

Hindi lahat ng magsusumite ng aplikasyon ay magagarantisahang mabibigyan ng bisikleta. Sisikapin nating mapunta ang bawat isa sa mga tunay na nangangailangan at sa mga taong makagagawa nito ng malaking pagbabago sa kanilang pag-aaral o kabuhayan.

📚 Day 9 of 10 | QC University Free Short Courses

Another meaningful day of learning and collaboration with our fellow QC Barangay Officials as we continue to strengthen our knowledge in public service.

Today's session on Open Governance was facilitated by Prof. Nonito Verzosa Jr. (Angelito Niño Presentacion C. Verzosa, Jr., MPA), who shared valuable insights on the importance of transparency, accountability, participation, and responsiveness in building a government that truly serves the people.

As public servants, this learning reminds us that good governance begins with openness, integrity, and active engagement with the communities we serve. Every lesson we gain brings us one step closer to becoming more effective and responsible leaders.

Our heartfelt gratitude to QC Mayor Joy Belmonte and QC University for providing this opportunity to continuously learn, grow, and better serve the people of Quezon City.

📚 Day 8 well spent!

Maraming salamat sa aming lecturer, Director Anna Liza F. Bonagua, CESO III, sa napakagandang discussion tungkol sa Decentralization at Full Devolution. Marami kaming bagong natutunan na siguradong magagamit sa mas maayos na paglilingkod sa aming barangay.

Maraming salamat din kay Mayor Joy Belmonte sa pagsuporta at pag-sponsor ng Certification Courses na ito for Barangay Officials sa Quezon City University. Malaking tulong ito sa patuloy na paghasa ng kaalaman ng mga opisyal ng barangay.

Another meaningful day of learning and public service as we continue our journey in the QC University Free Short Courses. ✍️

It was an honor to learn from Ms. Heidi Mendoza, former Commissioner of the Commission on Audit (COA) of the Philippines, whose insights on stewardship, transparency, accountability, and ethical governance continue to inspire us to become better public servants. 🙌
