PABATID: CASH RELIEF ASSISTANCE FOR TODA (CITIES)

Ang DSWD FO 3 - Central Luzon ay kasalukuyang tumutugon sa ilang teknikal na isyu patungkol sa listahang isinumite ng ilang lokal na pamahalaan sa ating ahensya.

Nais naming tiyakin sa publiko, lalo na sa mga benepisyaryong nakaranas ng pagkakamali sa baybay o espasyo ng pangalan, mga may expired na lisensya, at kwalipikadong tsuper na nagpadala ng representante na kayo ay aming binibigyang-halaga. Kasama rin sa aming prayoridad ang mga tsuper na hindi nakadalo sa nakatakdang araw ng payout dahil sa kanilang kondisyong pangkalusugan. Lahat ng mga nabanggit ay sasailalim sa isang Special Payout na nakatakdang isagawa sa loob ng buwan ng Abril.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang inyong lokal na pamahalaan at ang DSWD FO 3 ay aktibong nagtutulungan upang maingat na maisaayos ang bawat impormasyon ng mga kwalipikadong tsuper.

Nauunawaan namin ang inyong pangangailangan, kaya naman sinisiguro namin ang mabilis ngunit tumpak na proseso para sa inyong kapakanan.

Hinihikayat namin ang lahat na sumangguni at dumulog sa mga nakatalagang LGU Help Desk para sa pagsasaayos ng inyong mga dokumento, at para sa karagdagang koordinasyon at impormasyon.

The City Government of San Fernando reiterates the declaration of Friday, March 20, 2026, as a Regular Holiday throughout the country. This is in observance of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan), as declared by the Office of the President under Proclamation No. 1189.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. stated that the declaration will allow the nation to join its Muslim brothers and sisters in the observance of Eid’l Fitr, an occasion of great religious and cultural significance to all Filipinos.

While the City Government has been implementing a four-day workweek for over two years—resulting in office closures every Friday—Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag calls on other agencies and establishments to adhere to this national declaration by Malacañang, and sends her wishes of continued peace and harmony to the Muslim community.

Please be advised that the implementation of the four-day compressed work week in the City Government of San Fernando, particularly in departments and divisions offering office-based transactions and services, remains in effect following its commencement on December 4, 2023.

This measure, ordered by Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag, aims to reduce energy consumption costs, alleviate traffic congestion, increase operational efficiency, and enhance employees’ work–life balance.

All offices of the City Government under the administrative, regulatory, logistics, and frontline sectors continue to implement the compressed work week, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲.

Offices whose functions involve the delivery of other health services, social welfare and development services, peace and order, and disaster/calamity response, on the other hand, continue to observe regular operations from Monday to Sunday. This also applies to market collectors, street sweepers, logistics personnel, audio-visual operators, and child development workers/teachers.
