Arise IDC (ชื่อเดิม True IDC) ขอเรียนแจ้งสถานะการให้บริการของศูนย์ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ภายใต้สถานการณ์ฝนตกหนักต่อเนื่องให้ท่านทราบว่า ศูนย์ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ของบริษัทฯ ทุกแห่งยังคงเปิดให้บริการตามปกติ โดยไม่ได้รับผลกระทบใดๆ และทางบริษัทฯ ได้เตรียมความพร้อมและมีมาตรการเฝ้าระวังเพื่อรองรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินอย่างรัดกุมเพื่อการันตีความต่อเนื่องในการให้บริการของศูนย์ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์
