We are excited to share that Arrow Bank helped secure a $5,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank to support the work of United Way of the Greater Capital Region. Our strong partnership with Arrow Bank continues to support hard working families and create lasting impact throughout the community.

It was all about teamwork! A very special thank you to the players from the UAlbany WBB team for bringing their energy and enthusiasm to our Summer Meals Block Party on Tuesday!

Each player helped create special connections with EVERY KID! From playing games and coloring to laughing and spending time together, they helped create a fun, welcoming environment for families at Steinmetz Park and left a lasting impression every child they met.

Thank you for making the afternoon so much fun and for helping make a difference in our community!

Another successful block party Tuesday afternoon for our Summer Meals Collaborative! A huge thank you to the volunteers from our partners at MVP Health Care. MVP has a been a huge supporter of Summer Meals, we are grateful for their ongoing commitment to creating healthier communities and being a major sponsor of our Summer Meals Collaborative.

Their support doesn't stop there! Yesterday, volunteers got to connect with local families, help serve free meals and share resources powered by United Way.

Thank you, MVP, for investing your time, energy, and support to help make summer more affordable for local families and support every neighbor.

Feeding the community is central to the Purnomo Family. Yono & Donna have continually shown up for the Capital Region is so many different ways, this summer you can add being Summer Meal Ambassadors to the list.

If you see them around town wearing our ambassador shirt, ask them about Summer Meals. They'll gladly tell you why they support the program and the number of families who have gained access to nutritious meals in the summer.
