Material that may suggest or encourage illegal activity. Trolling or off-topic posts that may disrupt the site’s relevant topics of discussion. Self-promotional material or personal contact information. Material that includes or refers to any confidential information or other information which, if disclosed, may be an unwarranted invasion of any person’s personal privacy. Material that promotes or comments on political activity, or that solicits or promotes any not-for-profit, religious, political or personal cause. Material that may appear to infringe upon intellectual property rights. Any information, material, or comments that relate to information which, if disclosed, may violate the rules of conduct governing a Department employee’s employment with the Department, or which otherwise may interfere with the State’s or the Department’s operation of its programs and obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, material relating to civil service examinations, answer keys, appeals, and any other official or confidential information related to an individual’s employment with the State or the Department.
