The Record Date, Address Change, and Direct Deposit Deadline is approaching: 🗓 Monday, June 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. AKT

Please ensure your mailing address, direct deposit information, and other records with MTNT are current before the deadline.

This deadline applies to:
✔ 2026 June Dividend Distributions
✔ 2025 Annual Report mailout and 2026 Annual Meeting & Board Elections Proxy Packet mailout this June

2026 Dividend Distributions:
• June 12, 2026 – Regular Dividend Distribution: $2.65 per share
• June 12, 2026 – Elder Dividend Distribution: $4.72 per share for eligible Shareholders age 65 and older*
• December 15, 2026 – Regular Dividend Distribution: $2.65 per share

*Please note the final Elder Dividend amount is based on the total number of eligible Elder Shareholders as of the June 1, 2026 Record Date.

Shareholders may update their records online through the MyMTNT Shareholder Portal at www.MyMTNT.com via the About Me tab.

📢 MTNT 2026 Dividend Announcement 📢

The MTNT Board of Directors and MTNT Settlement Trustees are pleased to announce the 2026 Dividend Distributions.

A Regular Dividend Distribution of $2.65 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on June 12, 2026. Elder Shareholders age 65 and older will also receive an additional Elder Dividend Distribution in the amount of $4.72 per share on June 12, 2026.

In addition, a second Regular Dividend Distribution of $2.65 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on December 15, 2026.
