🥕🥦 DRIVE-THRU FOOD DISTRIBUTION — ALL ARE WELCOME!🥦🥕

The Town of Astatula is proud to partner with Dorcas' Way and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida to help provide food to families and individuals in our community. ❤️

To help ensure the safety of our volunteers and community members, please remain in your vehicle and open your trunk when it is your turn in line.

No need to get out of your vehicle—we'll help make the process safe and convenient for everyone.

📚💙 Giving Back Beyond the Backpack Giveaway 💙📚

The Astatula Police Department is proud to continue serving our community by donating and delivering the remaining school supplies from our recent Backpack & School Supply Giveaway to Astatula Elementary, where they will be distributed to classrooms to help students who may need additional supplies. We were also able to donate several bicycle helmets to help keep our bike riders safe!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, and community members, we were able to provide backpacks and school supplies to 183 children while also having enough supplies left over to continue supporting our local students.

We would like to extend a special thank you to our dedicated Event Coordinator, Mrs. Teeters, whose hard work, organization, and countless hours made this event such a tremendous success. We also want to thank Mayor Teeters for his continued leadership and unwavering support of community programs that make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

The Town of Astatula and the Astatula Police Department is honored to partner with Astatula Elementary to help ensure teachers and students have the resources they need for a successful school year. Together, we're investing in the future of our community—one student at a time.

🎒📚 THANK YOU, ASTATULA! 📚🎒

What an incredible day was had at the Annual Astatula Police Department Charities Back to School Backpack Giveaway!

Because of the amazing support from our community, 183 backpacks filled with school supplies were distributed to local children, helping them start the new school year prepared and confident. The children were treated to fresh haircuts, eye exams, hotdogs, and snow cones. Best of all, they got to dunk Officer Curry and Officer Johnny over and over again!! Seeing the smiles on the faces of our students and families made this event a tremendous success!
