Maine's Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors participated in a two-day impaired driving training at the York County Regional Training Center. Day One: OUI Fundamentals was sponsored by the Maine Bureau of Highway Safety. Day Two: Standardized Field Sobriety Refresher and Wet Lab was sponsored by Dirigo Safety, LLC.

Over 30 officers from various departments in Maine and New Hampshire attended this free training. Many obtained their SFST Proficiency from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy. We appreciate the York County Regional Training Center for donating space to hold this training in their new, beautiful, state-of-the-art facility.

We would also like to thank guest instructors, York County Assistant District Attorney Shiela Nevells and Defense Attorney Vincent LoConte of the Webb Law Firm in S**o, ME, for their outstanding contributions to this class.
