We empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive.

Dress for Success Billings is supported entirely by the generous financial donations of individuals and organizations. All donated clothing items are free to our clients. Items that we cannot use are given to the women’s shelter or other services in our city. Dress for Success Billings is very proud of our successful suiting program! As of June 2020, we have suited approximately 8000 clients. Duri

ng the interview suiting, we assist our clients in selecting an interview appropriate outfit. This includes not only the outfit, but jewelry, makeup, shoes, and other accessories. The client is also offered a complimentary haircut. We have several stylists in Billings that donate their time for our clients. This entire experience gives them the confidence to land their job. Once the client lands her job, she is allowed to return for an employment suiting. During this suiting, we provide her with several coordinating outfits appropriate for her occupation. After the client has been employed for 30 days, we invite her back for a 30 day suiting in order to reward her for maintaining employment.

DFS Billings will be closed on Monday to pay our respects and honor the women and men who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our Armed Forces.

We would love to give a tremendously huge Thank You to Al's Bootery and Repair for donating over 40 pairs of work boots! Women currently make up about 11.2% of the overall U.S. construction workforce and 4% of trade positions. With donations like these DFS is able to provide essential safety wear to these women.
