Ward joined NDRWSA in 2013 and has proudly served as a circuit rider for over a decade. Whether it’s tracking down tricky leaks or getting hands-on with hydrant repairs, Ward is a pro at what he does.

This week's water tower in the City of Upham. Upham was founded in 1905 in McHenry County. It was named after Dr. Warren Upham, a prominent geologist who famously mapped glacial Lake Agassiz.

Most of our staff traveled to Spokane, WA this week for the NRWA In-Service training. Our team joined rural water colleagues from across the country to share knowledge, continue education, and build connections. Engaging in this training directly helps us bring these vital skills back to share with our members and strengthen our local communities.

This week's water tower is in the city of Dickinson. Dickinson is centrally located in southwestern ND, the midpoint between Fargo, ND and Billings, MT. As a result of this strategic location, it was known for decades by the nickname "Queen City of the Prairies."

NDRWSA Wastewater Technical Advisor Keith Hegney recently attended the retirement celebration for Donna Zeltinger, the auditor for the city of Glenburn. She was always a pleasure to work with and dedicated an incredible 23 years of service to the city. Congratulations, Donna! Enjoy your retirement.
