Conditional Use Permit for seasonal outdoor storage of recreational vehicles for the sole use of the residents of Champions Gate Divisions 1 & 2 at 754 N Von Elm – City of Blackfoot

Public Hearing – Action Items:
a.
Variance for a Reduction of the Lot Size Requirement requested by Wayne Goodworth for the property located at 1231 S Meridian St
b.
Conditional Use Permit to allow the Agricultural Use of livestock animals, requested by John and Cherie Wells, for the property located at 1385 S Shilling Ave
8.
Approve holiday schedule:
Work meeting would be November 10th with the public hearing on December 8th. Cancel the public hearings on November 24th and December 22nd.
