This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

At USIC, this day holds special meaning. More than 10% of our workforce includes veterans, reservists, National Guard members, military spouses, and those connected to military service. Their leadership, resilience, and commitment to serving others strengthen our company every day.

Recently, employees from our Indianapolis office participated in a flag-placing ceremony to honor fallen service members ahead of Memorial Day—a powerful reminder that behind every flag is a life, a family, and a legacy of service that will never be forgotten.

We are especially grateful to members of our own team who continue to serve, including those currently deployed in support of our country.

Today, we reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything to protect them. To all who served—and especially to those who never made it home—we remember and honor you.
