This notice is hereby given that at 9:00 a.m. on July 14th, 2026, in the Commissioner's Room at the Bottineau County Courthouse, the Bottineau County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their monthly zoning meeting and to review the Bottineau County Zoning ordinance on the following topics:
Data Centers, Livestock Feeding Operations pertaining to NDCC 58-03-11.1 and 11-33-02.1

With the Primary Election less than a week away on Tuesday, June 9th, here is what you need to know to ensure your vote counts! 🗳️

📍Polling Locations (open 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM):
Bottineau County Courthouse, 314 5th St W, Bottineau, ND 58318
Lansford Community Center, 713 Main St, Lansford, ND 58750
Westhope City Hall, 95 1st Ave W, Westhope, ND 58793

💳 Update Your ID: To vote, your ND driver’s license or nondriver ID must show your current residential address. If you’ve moved, you can update your address online instantly at the NDDOT website: https://apps.nd.gov/dot/dlts/dlos/addressWelcome.htm

⏰ Absentee Ballot Deadline: The County Auditor must receive your absentee ballot by 7:00 PM on June 9th.

📬 By Mail: It must be received by the County Auditor’s office by the deadline. Postmarks do not guarantee your ballot will be counted if it arrives after 7:00 PM on Election Day.

🚶 In Person: You can drop your ballot off at the County Auditor’s office or the ballot drop box located outside the County Courthouse before the 7:00 PM cutoff.

🔍 Be Prepared: Visit https://vote.nd.gov/myvotinginfo to view your specific sample ballot. This allows you to research the local races and measures before you head to the polls or fill out your absentee ballot!
