Seasons change, but beaches stay.

Beaches aren’t just for families to enjoy the sun, sand, and waves. As tourists come and go, the beach stays, serving as a necessary defense from intense winter storms and erosion. This protects coastal homes, infrastructure, and livelihoods.

To protect the beaches that millions of Americans go to live, recreate, and reset, join the campaign.

A single municipality asking for coastal funding is often seen as a localized issue. But when coastal communities work together as a unified coalition, local issues are elevated to the national level.

Lawmakers juggle thousands of competing priorities. A unified voice speaks for millions of constituents, workers, and billions in economic output. In Washington, scale commands attention.

The American Coastal Coalition coordinates a national advocacy strategy that shapes coastal policy and helps to secure vital appropriations coastal communities can’t afford to lose.
