🏹🍀 Boone County 4-H Sharpshooters Hit the Mark!

Our Sharpshooters Archery Club recently held their In-House Archery Competition, giving members a fun opportunity to put their skills to the test while helping prepare those headed to the 4-H Archery Extravaganza this weekend!

Whether you're a returning member or interested in learning more about the club, this is a great opportunity to meet new friends, explore exciting projects and events, and discover how you can make a difference in your community. Join the Sew Unique Design Club for their annual community service sewing event, Pillowcases with Purpose! Participants ages 9-18 as of January 1st will sew pillowcases that will be donated to children entering foster care in Boone County and will not be taken home. This meaningful project teaches sewing skills while giving back to the community. No previous sewing experience necessary. Materials and equipment will be provided.

Another unforgettable week of ☘️ Boone County 4-H Summer Camp ☘️ is in the books!

For one incredible week at North Central 4-H Camp, our campers made new friends, tried new things, gained confidence, discovered new passions, and experienced the unforgettable Camp Magic that makes 4-H camp so special. From canoeing, archery, swimming, high ropes, art, cooking, and electricity to Goofy games, Carnaval, flag service, and of course... SALLY! ❤️Every day was filled with adventure, laughter, and lifelong memories.

We wrapped up the week with a campfire reflection by the lake and one final tradition of signing camp shirts before heading home.

☘️ THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers, North Central 4-H Camp staff, Boone County Extension staff, Carroll Co. 4-H, Gallatin Co. 4-H, counselors, and everyone who made this amazing week possible. We can't wait to do it all again next summer! 💚

4-H Camp has officially come to an end! 🍀 The buses are loaded, and we are officially homeward bound after an unforgettable week full of fun, learning, and memories.

We are expecting to arrive back at the Boone County Cooperative Extension Enrichment Center between 11:15–11:30 AM. Thank you for sharing your campers with us this week—we can’t wait to see you soon! 💚

The last few days of fun and memories in the making at 4-H Camp! 🍀 From exciting classes to Sadie Field Games, there’s never a dull moment. Tomorrow is our last morning at 4-H Camp, then we’ll be heading back to Boone County Extension Enrichment Center! A big thank you to all of our volunteers and campers for making this week so special! 💚

For the first time this year our 4-H program offered a week-long puppet theatre camp! The youth spent the week creating original puppets, rehearsing lines, and learning how to block out a show. They put on a spectacular performance for friends and family!
