The Montana Tech Library and the Archival Audio-Visual Club are proud to sponsor a six-week Film Strip Festival running through November.

Watch old film strips about a variety of topics set to even older music to really take you back in time.

Even if you just want to relax in the dark for 30-45 minutes, you're more than welcome.

And if you want to help us set up the film strips or just learn how the technology works, the Archival AV Club is always looking for new members.

It's nothing time intensive - it's just about having fun😊

Admission is free and we also have free popcorn so please stop by if you have the time!

The Friends of the Montana Tech Library Book Sale will be October 5th - 9th, 2026. We'll have some bags and boxes, but bringing your own reusable totes to comfortably carry your literary haul home helps us stay green. See you at the sale!
