CLOSING: This is one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to make.

After a lot of thought, difficult conversations, and even harder decisions, F.C. Weiss Pub & Eatery and Dammed Good Coffee Company will be closing our doors. Our last day will be Saturday, September 12th.

When we took this on, we knew we weren’t just taking over a restaurant and coffee shop. We were taking on something that meant a lot to this community. Our goal was to continue what Bev & Sean started, while putting our own heart into it and trying to create something special for Centre.

We gave it everything we had. Anyone who has ever owned a restaurant or small business knows the blood, sweat, tears, long hours, sleepless nights, and sacrifices that happen behind the scenes. Unfortunately, we’ve reached a point where we simply can’t give The Pub and Dammed Good Coffee what they need to take that next step.

But more than anything, we want this post to be about the people.

Our staff has been incredible. The hard work, dedication, creativity, and heart they have put into this place cannot be overstated. We are extremely proud of them, and any business would be lucky to have the talented people who have worked alongside us.

To our regulars, our new regulars, and every single person who has walked through our doors, ordered a meal, grabbed a cup of coffee, played bingo, listened to live music, shared a post, told a friend, or simply stopped by to support us, thank you!

We still have a little time left, and we want to make the most of it.

We have a few more nights of bingo. A few more nights of live music. A few more meals, drinks, cups of coffee, laughs, and memories to make.

So between now and September 12th, come see us. Come support our staff. Come support the musicians who have helped make this place special. And help us give The Pub and Dammed Good Coffee the send-off they deserve.

Let’s go out with some great final memories together.
