So many of our Alumni have just been stopping by the Court to say hi, share how they are doing, and just to catch up… graduating the New Leaf Program is not the end. It’s not about just getting a certificate and getting off Probation. It’s about obtaining the tools to create a life worth living! When you have a GPS you can always find your way…even if some routes take a little longer!

The greatest reward of this program is seeing people grow in ways they never knew were possible! This past couple weeks we have had a flood of alumni stop in to the Court just to say hi. It is incredible. Today was another one of those days and Nazario stopped in to say hi! We were able to show him where his article from graduation is now up on the wall of success stories! Our door is always open to them!

It was another successful Rockin’ with Resources and graduation ceremony for our newest graduate Joe Gandee today despite the rain! Several community members gathered to celebrate Joe’s recovery journey. This year’s Mitch Libster Award went to Commissioner James Dvorak who has given so much to the community and supported the recovery of so many people. Our program is so thankful for the agencies who were in attendance at today’s event. It wouldn’t have been possible without your support! Hope to see everyone again next year!

Last Thursday, The New Leaf Program was proud to hold a ceremony for 5 new graduates! 🎓❤️

Their stories are excellent reminders of the power of second chances. Not only have they returned as functioning members of society; they’ve become beacons of hope for all who struggle with substance use disorders.
