☀️ Summer is here, and we're looking for fun activities to help make the season special for the families and children staying at our shelter!

We are currently accepting donations of summer activity items such as outdoor games, arts and crafts supplies, board games, sports equipment, water toys, and other family-friendly activities that can help create positive memories during a difficult time.

Families staying in our shelter deserve the chance to enjoy a normal summer, but that can be difficult during a time of crisis. We're collecting items for our Summer Wishlist, including bathing suits, sunscreen, beach towels, water bottles, and summer activity supplies.

We are beyond grateful to our incredible muralist, Boyce McKinney, for the amazing gift he has given to the families at the Cathy Mabry Cloninger Center. Through his generosity, creativity, and compassion, he transformed our children's playroom into a bright, welcoming space filled with color, imagination, and joy.

What makes this gift even more meaningful is that he donated everything—his time, talent, supplies, and countless hours of hard work. He spent several days carefully bringing this beautiful mural to life, asking for nothing in return. His kindness and selflessness will have a lasting impact on the children who call our shelter home, creating a space where they can laugh, play, dream, and simply enjoy being kids.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our mission and for using your incredible talents to make such a meaningful difference.
