🎉🃏 UNO Tournament at Nevins! 🃏🎉

Wednesday was full of friendly competition, laughter, and plenty of UNO! As part of their Love Week support, Elevation Church brought the fun to Nevins by leading an UNO Tournament for our participants. 💙

We’re so grateful for the time and energy Elevation continues to pour into our community. Opportunities like this create meaningful connections, encourage friendly competition, and most importantly, give everyone a chance to have fun together!

💙 We are feeling incredibly grateful this Love Week! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to the Elevation Church – University City campus for spending time with our participants today as part of Love Week. Their kindness, energy, and willingness to serve made today so special, and we’re excited that they’ll be returning throughout the week to continue volunteering at Nevins.

It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful community can be. Seeing so many people choose to share their time, build relationships, and spread love means more than words can express.

Today, our participants worked alongside their peers and staff in Creative Communication Centers, exploring new skills through teamwork, communication, and hands-on learning.

Activities like these encourage collaboration, build confidence, and strengthen meaningful relationships while giving participants the opportunity to learn from and support one another every step of the way.

Our participants had a wonderful time making adorable edible “plants” using delicious treats! This hands-on activity combined creativity, teamwork, and a sweet reward at the end.
