Much of what we do in the SFG is compliance based, rooted in policy, and pretty black and white.

Community policing allows us to “color outside the lines” and get involved in the base community and comes in different shapes and forms. From shooting hoops in a cul-de-sac, playing catch with kids at a park or quenching your thirst at a neighborhood 4th of July lemonade stand. These intangible things can’t be measured, but rest assured they matter and we (and the community we serve and protect) see you.

Happy 250th America!!!

You guessed it…ANOTHER great week to be a 90 SFG Defender.

***I literally just spent an hour+ crafting this week in review and when I went to post, it vanished into the ether. So frustrating***

As a result of ZuckerbergGate, here is a “Cliffs Notes” version of what just vanished.

BLUF: 43 and a wake up. Fight’s On. Hack the Hish… “When, Not If”
We see you, we appreciate you, and we are better b/c of you. Were the biggest, baddest and best SFG in the USAF. Lot’s of sets and reps. Brilliance in the basics. C.R.A.P team deep-dives, recap exercises, and tons of behind the scenes work to help take us from “Good to Great” …blah blah blah!!!

Thanks for the glove saves when nobody is around. The deliberate development feedback sessions when you could’ve just “mailed it in”…the study sesh instead of the XBox binge, for picking up the trash when you could have just walked over it….for using a spotter when when “leadership” is 3-hours away, and for never, ever, ever cutting corners and taking shortcuts.

Thanks for what you do and who you are.
