We welcome applications from individuals with experience in fundraising, legal, financial, or governance leadership, strong community or corporate networks, and those passionate about housing equity, youth development, and veteran support.

We are looking for both individuals with lived experience and those without lived experience who are committed to listening, learning, and serving alongside the communities we support. Diverse perspectives and authentic leadership help strengthen our impact.

At Of Color Inc.’s STRIVE2 Program, we’re seeking landlords and property managers willing to partner with us to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for young adults ages 18–24. A secure place to live can be the turning point that allows a young person to focus on education, employment, healing, and long-term stability.
