There is a need for feedback from the community and the schools(parents) concerning a proposed recycling food waste operation- Anerobic Digester 650 W 83rd within the community.
The feedback needs to be addressed in writing to the public offices listed, Ms Bailey from the IEPA contacted me again yesterday, April 1. She wants all feedback from the communities to be emailed (
[email protected]) to her as soon as possible.. We need to stop such operations from setting up.
There are enough envionmental threats/pollutants that exist within our communities and the last things that we need is to allow others to freely operate other operations that will only add to the problems.
We know that the operation will be an environmental threat to the communities. Such operations produces gases (combustible) and other pollutant threats to our health, well being and safety..
