Dear Families,

Thank you for ordering school supply kits through the CMS PTO.

**IMPORTANT: Please check your child's kit ASAP. (There is a packing slip included in the box that you can refer to for what should be enclosed.) If you notice any missing or damaged items, please email [email protected] ASAP, and reference CMS’s account #: CLA203. Please also include your order/reference number if you have it.

EPI has a quality guarantee policy, and they will gladly send replacements right away for any discrepancies.
