Mission Statement--In partnership with our community, CAPCA is committed to administering high-quality programs and services that address economic need, educate, and promote the self-sufficiency of eligible participants. Office of Community Services-LIHEAP, CSBG Case Management, Emergency Solutions (Homeless Prevention & Rapid Rehousing), TEFAP. Head Start, Early Head Start, and Migrant Seasonal Head Start. It is with sincere regret and great sadness that we learned of the passing of a dedicated Board member and supporter who faithfully served for more than 23 years.

Her commitment, dedication, and support have meant so much to our organization and the many people we serve. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for her years of service and devotion.

Our heartfelt prayers and deepest condolences go out to her family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. May they find comfort in the many wonderful memories she leaves behind.

Funeral services will be graveside on Monday, August 17, at 2:00 pm.
