A big thank you to the Friends and Family Group for sponsoring the Within the Whale Program for our CCS students. Global School Play Day!
Once again we are participating along with more than 2 million students around the world to encourage self-directed play by celebrating Global School Play Day. The day was created to encourage schools to allow students ample time for free play without the use of screens, structured games, or adult direction. It’s fun! It's also time to let children explore their creativity, problem-solving skills, and social interactions. Many thanks to our Friends & Family Group for donating boxes and cardboard. Great day!!

CCS Food Drive
Thank you, students, families, and the community for making our Food Drive such a success! We received hundreds of items — still calculating! The collection includes donations from staff; many, many families at all grade levels; and many community members, including a group donation from the Georges River Land Trust (Langlais Art Preserve.) Items will reach the Food Pantry Next Week. Thank you to the Friends & Family group for all the help.
