Join us for Public Meeting #2 of the City of Decatur's Speed Study on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 6 p.m.

Residents will have an opportunity to review initial data findings, learn how the study is progressing and share feedback. This is the second of three public meetings planned as part of the City's effort to explore opportunities to lower speed limits on City-owned streets and improve safety for everyone.

Due to the anticipated severe weather this weekend, the State of Georgia and DeKalb County have declared emergencies.

In response, City of Decatur Parks & Recreation facilities, including Oakhurst Pool, will be closed on Saturday, October 10. All Parks & Recreation programs, events, activities and rentals scheduled for Saturday are canceled.
