Officer Justin Hi everyone, my name is Justin Malueg. I currently work as a full-time Police Officer in Poynette, WI and a part-time Police Officer in Shiocton, WI.

1. To share out important information happening in our communities.
2. To share positive, heart-warming, and inspiring stories in law enforcement.
3. Advocate for Highway Safety
4. Advocate for Mental Health & Drug & Alcohol Addiction
5. Stand up for what's right - even if it's not the popular opinion
6. To put PEOPLE over POLITICS. (Especially in Law Enforcement)

Attention Waupaca County residents: If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or changes you want to see throughout Waupaca County - come out and talk with me!👮🏻

They can be tough questions - I don't mind. They can be rumors that you have heard.. comments or posts that you read on Facebook.. anything. I will explain it the best I can so we can set the record officially straight - before you cast your vote.🗳️ I just ask that you be respectful and I will be the same. ☺️

I've been wanting to share this with you all for some time now: A detailed look into my past work history.

I've either been asked about this or have seen numerous opinionated comments including:

"Justin can't hold a job."
"Justin has created enemies with every employer he has worked for."
"Justin was fired."
"Justin has no leadership experience."

Well, I will provide you with information including my employer, dates employed, position held, resignation or terminated, and whether I left on good or bad terms. As always, I will also include documentation (receipts!) showing that in almost every job I've ever held, I received positive reviews & recommendations - even from Waupaca County DA Kat Turner herself.

HERE WE GO:

🔵 Walmart - Sales & Asset Protection Associate - Shawano - 2010 until 2013.
RESIGNED - due to accepting another job.
- Left on good terms - see attached letter of recommendation

🔵 Waupaca County Sheriff's Office - Reserve Deputy Sheriff - Waupaca - 2013 until 2016.
RESIGNED - Couldn't satisfy minimum work hour requirement.
- Left on good terms - I later was hired back fulltime as a Patrol Deputy in 2020.

🔵 Homme Home Youth & Family Programs - Youth Counselor - Wittenberg - 2014 until 2015.
RESIGNED - due to accepting another job.
- Left on good terms - see attached letter of recommendation.
- Was also later asked to do a presentation in 2025.

🔵 Shawano County Sheriff's Office - Deputy Sheriff, Dispatcher, Transport Deputy - Shawano - 2015 until 2016.
RESIGNED - due to accepting position with Weyauwega PD.
- Left on good terms & in good standing - see attached email from then Sheriff Adam Bieber in 2019.

🔵 Fremont Police Department - Police Officer - Fremont - 2015 until 2016.
RESIGNED - due to accepting another position.
- Left on good terms - in good standing with law enforcement board.

🔵 Weyauwega Police Department - Police Officer - Weyauwega - 2015 until 2020.
RESIGNED - due to accepting position with Waupaca Sheriffs Office.

- In this evaluation, my Patrol Sergeant compliments my ability to take accountability for my actions.

🔵 Star Protection & Patrol - Armed Security - Oshkosh - 5/2024 until 7/2024.
RESIGNED - due to accepting position with Poynette Police Department.
- Left on good terms.

🔵 Poynette Police Department - Police Officer - Poynette - 2024 until 2026.
RESIGNED - cases not being prosecuted due to Waupaca County District Attorney misconduct.
- Left on good terms - in good standing with law enforcement board.

🔵 Shiocton Police Department - Police Officer - Shiocton - 2024 until present.

🔵 Attic Correctional Services - TMS Monitor (monitor s*x offenders) - Madison - 2025 until present.
- Recently took on leadership role of "on-call" position where I oversee 100 employees and help troubleshoot issues with them after regular business hours.

🔵 JusticePoint - Installer (install GPS devices, breath devices, etc) - Milwaukee - 2026 until present.

Now ask yourselves, does this documentation support their claims?

Please folks! Do your research before deciding to vote - for me or for Sheriff Wilz. Don't just take the derogatory & negative comments that are posted as gold, especially when posted anonymously. They are making a lot of noise right now when they should be bragging up Sheriff Wilz's qualifications, successes, and accolades. Truth will always prevail above that noise!💪🏽👊🏼

🎠🎡🎟️Waupaca Fair Week! 🎟️🎡🎠

That's a wrap! Thank you to everyone who came and said hi and an even bigger thank you to everyone who came to the fair! Hats off to Rich Luedtke and the entire fair board - I don't remember seeing the midway & grandstand so full! (See pics)

We had so many conversations, gave away so many signs, and most importantly - connected with so many of our youth. We stayed out late every night handing out glow sticks, glow wands, stickers, and other goodies to our kiddos. The long days and long nights are worth it when it comes to our community!💙

The one common theme in every conversation we had - Waupaca County wants change. Not just Officer Justin saying we need change - our community is wanting change! Make sure to vote November 3rd.🗳️

Also - on Friday I got to be apart of something absolutely amazing. I got to have lunch with 2 Veterans from King's Veterans Home at the Fair's Veteran lunch & program. They were both members of the Army and we shared so many stories - about their time in the service and my Grandpa's time in the Marines spent in Korea. 🫡🇺🇸 No politics involved. I loved it! Thank you Veterans!

I want to be clear on something regarding the Sheriff's Office K9 program that I posted in my "The Plan - Part 1". I am not trying to disband the K-9 unit and I am not trying to take money from the K-9 account and put it in other accounts.

I simply stated that since the K-9 unit is one of the main recipients of donations every month, I would like to encourage our amazing & generous community and local businesses to consider donating toward other programs (both current and future) that need financial support within the Sheriffs Office and Waupaca County. If they would rather donate to the K-9 unit, then they are still greatly appreciated and we are very gracious!🙏🏽

As you can see, the K-9 account is sitting very healthy, just shy of $170,000 - with about an $18,000 profit margin for the YTD (deposits vs expenditures). There are 4 dogs - yes vet bills and potential emergencies are expensive. I understand and agree with that - hence why I wanted to clarify with this post.
