1 in 8 adults has 4 or more Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). More than 60% of us have at least one. But, the vast majority of people are unaware of what ACEs are and the potential negative effects they can have on our physical and mental health. Find your ACE score for free at https://americanspcc.org/take-the-aces-quiz/.
Your ACE score doesn't define you, but it can help you get a better understanding of yourself and the issues you may want to talk to someone about.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are pleased to share the attached Mental Health Navigation Guide that was put together to assist the Brown County community. This simple tool can help anyone seeking mental health support reach a provider to meet their needs. The guide is brought to you in partnership between Brown County Health and Human Services Department, Connections for Mental Wellness, Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin-Crisis Center, Brown County United Way, and 2-1-1.
Through our collaboration, we have brought together a comprehensive list of "open doors" to help our family, friends, and neighbors access mental health services in our community. Everyone is at a different place in their journey and we want them to know that they are not alone no matter where they might be. Please consider sharing this guide with those you know to help them navigate the open doors of mental health services in Brown [email protected]
