🚧 Pine Run Road Closure – PennDOT will be installing new pipes under Pine Run Road over the next two weeks.

📅 This Week: Sept. 23–25
TBA - Pine Run Road will be closed from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM while one pipe is installed - which day is yet to be confirmed.

📅 Next Week: Sept. 28–Oct. 2
The road will be fully closed each day from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM while the remaining pipes are installed. No through traffic will be permitted.

🚗 Detour signs are posted. Please allow extra travel time and follow the posted detour.

Questions regarding the project should be directed to PennDOT at 215-345-6060.

Leaf & Yard Waste Recycling Center Open This Saturday!

The Doylestown Township Leaf & Yard Waste Recycling Center will be open this Saturday, September 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

🌿 Regular Hours:
Yard waste is accepted on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:00–11:00 a.m. and every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
📍 The site is located at the New Britain Road entrance of Central Park at 337 New Britain Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.

Unfortunately, due to the rain in the forecast, our Fall Food Truck Festival with The Cherry Lane Band scheduled for Sunday, September 20 at Central Park has been cancelled.

We know many of you were looking forward to joining us, and we’re disappointed, too. Thank you to all of the food trucks, vendors, and community members who were planning to be part of the event.
