Next up on the KY6 orientees is Auburn!

Auburn got a very warm welcome to KY6 — within her first hour on shift, she was already taking flight! 🚁

Auburn is a paramedic headed to our Glasgow base, KY8, and brings 11 years of EMS experience and 6 years of paramedic experience to the team. We’re excited to have her onboard and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes in the air!

Also featured is one of the longest standing paramedics in the Kentucky program — Andy! Andy is up with us this week helping cover shifts, and we’re always thankful to have his experience and support around the base.

Josh is our next orientee at KY6 and will be joining our Bedford (KY11) base as a paramedic! He brings 10 years of EMS experience, including 5 years as a paramedic, to the team.

We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait to see the experience and dedication he brings to the crew. Everyone help us give Josh a warm welcome!

When you’re dual certified, you get TWO posts! Making his debut again — Josh! 🚁

Another spotlight for Josh is his love for aviation! While recovering from his injury, he’s been keeping busy not only studying critical care, but also spending time flying around on his simulator.

Josh is still on the road to recovery, so keep sending him encouragement… or harass him a little (whichever feels more appropriate 😅).
