Pandemic anxiety & depression is real. In September the US had the highest mental health challenges. If you can’t sleep, have fear or are worrying about everything you think of, can’t concentrate or have lost interest in things you used to love, change in appetite, have become more isolative, having meltdowns for no reason, feel sad or have crying spells out of the blue...
You are suffering from a pandemic adjustment disorder. Don’t wait to get help. This is treatable and will get you closer to your normal ability to function. We have 5 psychiatrists and 2 psychologists available. 11 - 19 year olds are having a hard time. We have child psychologists and psychiatrists to help. Re-Post so that others can reach for help.
Come join our LGBTQ+ Persons in Recovery meeting. This is a non-12 step, recovery related topic meeting. We have resumed meeting in person, wearing masks and we have plenty of room for social distancing. 32577 Garfield Road in Fraser, 48026

With the political climate in America, it's very important, LIFE THREATNING IMPORTANT, that we (LGBTQ) all stick together as one. One sexual orientation must not disregard or disagree with any others sexual orientation. We must never ever separate the "L", the "B", the "G", the "T", or the "Q", from each other. We must all stick together like glue. Why? Because there's people and groups who are trying to, and would love to see, this happen. Remember, groups win - "One for all, and all for one!".
Hello
We are a research team in the Department of Psychology at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. We are conducting an empirical study examining attitudes, feelings, and experiences associated with being a sexual minority (e.g., lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer; LGBQ) person. This online research survey will ask questions about your background, feelings, thoughts, relationships, and experiences you may have had as a sexual minority person, participation in various types of activities, and psychological health. We invite you to participate in this survey in order to help better understand the lives of sexual minority persons in our community.
To be eligible for this study, you must identify as a sexual minority (e.g., LGBQ), be at least 18 years old, and currently reside in the United States. The survey is confidential, and takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. As an incentive to participate, all participants will be given the chance to enter a raffle awarding $50 Amazon.com gift cards to two randomly selected persons. If you want to be entered into the raffle without participating in the study, send an email to
[email protected] requesting to do so. For those interested in participating in this study, click on the following hypertext link (or cut and paste it into your browser):

Please feel free to forward this e-mail announcement to eligible friends/colleagues and other sexual minority-related listservs.
Sincerely,
Dawn, James, and Charlotte
