Red Feather Development Group is pleased to invite Native owned companies to apply for inclusion in the Navajo Nation Housing Assistance Fund (HAF) IDIQ Contractor Pool. We are actively building a diverse team of qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide health and safety home repair services to eligible homeowners living on the Navajo Nation.
๐ About the Program
Red Feather administers the Navajo Nation HAF program, funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Work is assigned through an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) structure, allowing Red Feather to issue task orders to qualified contractors on a rolling basis as project needs are identified across the Navajo Nation.

The HAF program prioritizes Navajo Nation registered and Native-owned businesses. If your company is certified Native- or Navajo-owned business, you may be a strong candidate for this opportunity.
Electrical scope of work may include:
โข Electrical service upgrades and panel replacements
โข Interior and exterior wiring for residential structures
โข New construction electrical rough-in and finish work
โข Remodel and repair electrical work
โข Installation of outlets, fixtures, and devices related to health and safety
โข Coordination with general contractors on multi-trade residential repair projects

Eligibility Requirements
โข Valid state electrical contractor license (AZ and/or NM)
โข General Liability, Workers' Compensation (or Sole Proprietor Waiver if applicable), and Commercial Auto Insurance meeting program minimums
โข Red Feather Development Group named as Additional Insured on applicable policies
โข Good standing with applicable state licensing boards
โข Willingness to work within federal grant compliance requirements (2 CFR 200)
