FACT: In 1991, Action Inc. began Project Uplift, which later became the Cape Ann Kids Holiday Fund.

Last year, 1,440 children across Cape Ann received toys, clothing, and gift cards through the Cape Ann Kids Holiday Fund, and we’re excited to help even more children this year.

Action Inc. is urgently seeking a Family Housing First Case Manager to join our Housing Services team.

This full-time position supports families who have experienced chronic homelessness by helping them access stable housing, supportive services, and long-term success through a Housing First approach.

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and passionate about helping others create positive change in their lives.
