Wednesday & Thursday July 29 & 30, 2026 I will be out meter reading.

🏖️August 1-9, 2026 I will be on vacation out of state. 🙌

Rusty South of Vaughn Cascade Country water and sewer district will be over seeing our district. He is the General Manager/Water operator. When I return I will train on their system to further my knowledge as well. ** Be advised of a new vehicle in the neighborhood!

We will NOT have someone in the office those dates. Please call the office number 406-453-5814 it will go to the office and forwarded to the office cell phone. I can take cash payments Monday July 10th, please DO NOT leave them in the drop off box!

Kenden will be on as normal during the weekends.

PFAS test came back negative, will retest per DEQ requirement in 5-7 months.

7th By Laws will be written in August and signed at the next Board Meeting Tuesday August 18, 2026, regarding 5 acre parcel tapping.

August agenda has a topic of how many more taps Homestead Acres Water and Sewer can have join and continue to support! Those that have paid already are counted on our system. I believe I have 15 homes going in and everyday I get a phone call of subdivision or new houses going in!

*2025 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is available online or in the office. I have a more current Copper/Lead testing results as well. Waiting on PFAS results.
*July board meeting has been moved to the 3rd Tuesday of this month. July 21, 2026 at the office 15 East Country Lane at 7pm. We have moved the meeting due to changing Accounting programs and services.

Updated Monday 7/6 10am. We just have a lot of ground water from all the rain.
No service interruption.

East Country Lane area out of a lot of caution with this heat please make sure your family, animals and livestock have water. We have a break on your road that I hope to have repaired Monday/Tuesday. Last time they had to come across this road to put the line in.

East Banjo Hill will be without water while we do another repair 2-3 hours. 1230 Thursday 6/25.

210pm We have water, I’m blowing it off for awhile! Wednesday 6/17/26 9am. We have a main break on the west end of Cove Lane. We will have no water or interruptions while we repair the main in this area.

Update water should be back on 6pm! Lake Flat area, we have a main break. Kenden is on his way to shut water off. 1pm Wednesday 6/10/26.
