The Little Shell Tribe was honored to host Governor Greg Gianforte and his wife at the Little Shell Ceremony Center. The Tribal Council had the opportunity to visit with the Governor and share the many accomplishments and positive initiatives underway within the Tribe, as well as discuss the exciting opportunities and great things to come.

We are grateful for their visit and appreciate the opportunity to highlight the progress being made by the Little Shell Tribe and our continued commitment to building a strong future for our citizens and community.

We will be closing early Wednesday due to the amount of hours our team worked at powwow and the elder's feed. Our hours of operation will be from 7:30am - 11:30am.

The Little Shell Tribal Election Committee is pleased to announce that the 2026 Little Shell Tribal Election will be held Saturday, November 14, 2026. Voting will take place for three at-large Tribal Council member positions. Polls will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time at the Ceremonial Center, 1315 Stuckey Road, Great Falls, MT 59404.

We encourage all eligible voters to participate. Eligible voters are enrolled Little Shell citizens who will be at least 18 years old on Election Day and whose citizenship is not suspended.

Interested in running for Tribal Council? Candidate applications are available now and must be received by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MT. Prospective candidates should review the Little Shell Election Code, as amended April 2, 2026, and all 2026 election materials before applying.

Can’t vote in person? Any eligible voter may request an absentee ballot. Requests must be received by Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MT.
