Our annual ESU 9 Data Retreat was today! 🚗📊 We spent the day analyzing demographic, perceptual, and program data to reflect on our goals and identify action steps for continuous improvement. Tomorrow, our Steering Committee continues the work of planning for growth and improvement.

Today we wrapped up our Leadership Network with a final reflection and celebration!

This was ESU 9’s first year participating, and our two triads of leaders truly gave it their all—building strong connections, deep trust, and growing every step of the way.

This experience strengthened us as leaders, collaborators, and in our intentional focus on district goals.
