This year, our annual Teaching and Learning Collaboration (TLC) LEVELED UP! 🎉
We nearly tripled our attendance, with 11 of our 15 districts bringing their entire staff! We brought in a keynote speaker who had one mission: to make this the conference everyone would be talking about. And Hamish Brewer DELIVERED! He kept the crowd energized, engaged, and INSPIRED from start to finish!
With a welcome from the state commissioner, Dr. Maher, and over 70 breakout sessions supporting a wide range of interests, needs, and areas of growth, this conference was more than just a day of professional learning. It was an opportunity to spark new ideas, strengthen practices, and influence how educators continue to support and show up for students across our region.
Our theme this year was Be the SPARK, and what a perfect reminder of the impact educators can have! Sometimes, all it takes is one idea, one connection, or one moment of inspiration to ignite something bigger. My hope is that everyone left TLC with a renewed sense of purpose, new ideas to put into practice, and a little extra SPARK to take back to their schools and students. ✨
