Panther Nation, Let’s Stuff the Bus!

The Battle of the Little Red is about more than football—it’s about coming together to make a difference in our community!

Our Heber Springs students are collecting donations for the Stuff the Bus Community Impact Food Drive as we prepare for our rivalry game against Clinton on November 6.

From October 26 through November 6, you can drop off donations at the buses parked in front of Heber Springs Elementary School and Heber Springs High School. Donations will benefit the HSSD Backpack Program, The CALL, and the Heber Springs Humane Society.

Every donation makes a difference, and together, we can make a meaningful impact for local families, children, and pets in need.

Heber Springs FFA: Investing in Their Future!

Our Heber Springs Schools FFA students made the most of their experience at the 99th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis! This exciting opportunity is helping them grow both personally and professionally.

Through engaging workshops focused on leadership, mental health, self-worth, entrepreneurship, communication, career readiness, and personal development, students are gaining valuable tools they can apply in the classroom, their future careers, and everyday life.

Beyond the sessions, they are strengthening their independence, practicing teamwork, building confidence, and stepping outside their comfort zones. Along the way, they are forming meaningful friendships and discovering new possibilities for their futures.

This is what agricultural education is all about! We are proud to see our students developing into capable leaders, thoughtful problem-solvers, and individuals ready to make a positive difference in their communities. What an incredible investment in their future!

Heber Springs Marching Band Earns Excellent Rating!

The Heber Springs Marching Band traveled to Russellville to compete in the Region 9 Marching Assessment in the 4A category, earning an Excellent rating (Division II)!

This accomplishment qualifies our band to advance to the State Marching Assessment, where bands must earn a Division I or Division II rating to qualify. We are proud of our students and directors for their hard work and dedication!

The band will take the field with its marching show, Pirates, featuring selections from Pirates of the Caribbean, at 3:30 p.m. on November 2 at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.

Congratulations to our talented musicians! We look forward to cheering them on at state!
