Today we honor Keith “2 Charlie”Brown on his retirement after 33 years as an Ocean Safety lifeguard. For more than three decades, Keith stood watch over our shores—protecting visitors and locals alike, mentoring generations of guards, and showing up every day with calm, courage, and heart.
