Huge shoutout to the Makos Booster Club Council for putting together an incredible day of fun, fellowship, and adventure on the beautiful Aiea Loop Trail! From the 4.8 miles of hiking to the amazing views overlooking Pearl Harbor and the Koʻolau Range, it was an awesome opportunity to connect, recharge, and enjoy everything Hawaiʻi has to offer.

If you missed this one, don’t worry…they’re already working on the next event so be sure to keep an eye out for the sign-up details. Mahalo to everyone who came out and made it a great time — and an even bigger thank you to the council for organizing another outstanding event and making it happen!

Receiving the unit patch represents successful integration into a team built on discipline, readiness, and mutual respect. These outstanding new airmen learned about the Mako’s lineage dating back to the 1950s and the “why” behind the colors and symbols of their new patch
