Yesterday, Norris Design Principal Rick Leisner, AICP, PLA presented with members of the Houston-Galveston Area Council on the topic of Bringing Back Main Street. Discussing why and how downtowns are important, Rick and others shared strategic methods for building downtowns from scratch.
Here today with Council member William King for monthly Houston-Galveston Area Council meetings. Finance Committee, Board Of Directorโs meeting, and now the Water Resource Committee meeting. It is important to make sure Dickinson is not left out of access to State and Federal funding to help the citizens.

A group called STOP TxDOT I-45 last week penned a letter accusing The City of Sugar Land, Texas โ City Government Mayor Joe Zimmerman of ethical misconduct for using his role on the Houston-Galveston Area Council transportation group to advocate for the project.
