Your student’s future doesn’t start senior year. At YES Prep, we begin building the foundation early. 🎓

Students can begin their journey at a YES Prep elementary school and continue into our secondary schools, creating a pathway that grows with them. As they get older, students receive personalized college advising, explore careers through hands-on experiences and have opportunities to earn college credit before graduation.

It’s an intentional approach designed to help students discover what’s possible and prepare for what comes next.

Applications for the 2027–28 school year open next week, October 1.

From their first day of pre-K to the day they walk across the graduation stage, YES Prep students have a pathway designed to grow with them. 🎓

Our elementary SPARKS build strong academic foundations before continuing their journey into their secondary schools, where they can keep learning, growing and preparing for what comes next.

For families, that means more than choosing a school for today. It means choosing a school system that can support your child from their earliest years through graduation and beyond.

What does it mean to be an Achiever at Fifth Ward Elementary? 🌟

It means setting goals, working hard and continuing to grow. Our SPARKS learn that achievement isn’t just about the final result. It’s about the work they put in to get there.

You can see that work across YES Prep Public Schools. This year, all 15 of our secondary schools earned an A in the TEA Accountability Ratings. 🎉

And for our elementary families, that path continues. YES Prep elementary students automatically continue to their feeder secondary school, giving students the opportunity to grow from SPARKS into secondary students at some of the highest-performing schools in our system.
