Update on Fall Community Garage Sale

Fall 2023 Community Garage Sale (October 14) registration is underway. Please include your address in your email to be included on the map.
Civic Club places directional signage throughout the community for the sale if at least 15 people are registered. In addition, Civic Club posts a map of participating homes, usually on Friday evening. Registration will continue to 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 11.

Residents in most of Shenandoah can have garage sales at their convenience. Signage is limited to a sign in the seller’s yard. Participating in the community garage sale provides more directional signage throughout the city to assist buyers in finding participating homes. In addition, Civic Club provides a map that is posted on the website as well as on social media pages.

For those living in apartments or HOA subdivisions that do not allow garage sales, the City allows those residents to set up on the pool parking lot. Sellers must be set up by 8 a.m. and off the facility by 3 p.m. Those registrations will be listed under the pool address at 1619 Wellman Road.

Register by emailing [email protected]

NOTE: Due to a lack of participation in the spring garage sale, Civic Club has voted to eliminate the event from the event calendar in 2024.
