The Mill Creek neighborhood is looking forward to updates after the City approved a contract for façade improvements at last week's City Council meeting.

Business owners of commercial and mixed-use properties in the area may be eligible for the HUD-funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Owners contribute 10% of the cost before construction begins and the City covers the balance.

Eligible projects include exterior repairs, lighting, signage, and ADA upgrades—applications are open now for properties within the Mill Creek boundaries.
