Our free 10-week writing workshop with Joe Gibbs is already underway, but it's not too late to join!
Many of you may remember Joe Gibbs from his previous visit when he introduced his book Frank. Since then, he has continued to deepen his craft and is currently pursuing a master's degree in writing, bringing fresh insights, techniques, and perspectives to share with workshop participants.
Whether you're an experienced writer, someone who enjoys journaling, or simply curious about exploring your creativity, this workshop offers a welcoming and encouraging space to write, learn, and connect with others.
While the series began on June 6, new participants are welcome to join at any time. Each session offers valuable discussion, writing exercises, and inspiration that can be enjoyed on its own. If you can't attend all ten weeks, that's perfectly fine: you are welcome to come to just one class or attend whenever your schedule allows.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from a published author who continues to study and refine his craft while sharing that journey with others. We hope you'll consider joining us for one of the upcoming sessions and discover the joy of writing in a supportive community.
(Although the library is closed during this period, the Writing Workshop with Joe Gibbs is still taking place at the library as scheduled for registered participants.)
