SAI has more than 40 active self-advocate groups around the state. Groups meet regularly to discuss issues, plan events, meet with local and state officials, participate in service opportunities, and other activities to promote equality, respect, and dignified lives for people with disabilities.

Did you know the Self-Advocates of Indiana Annual Picnic on September 25th will be DJ-ed by a former SAI Board Member? Fulton Express was founded by Shawn Fulton (Former SAI Board President and The Arc of Indianaā€™s Advocacy Engagement & Education Manager) in 2002. Shawn then sold the business to his best friend and fellow SAI Board Member Erik Smith.
